Investment Tools Disclosures supplements and is incorporated into the Terms of Service Agreement.
Investment tools may be incorrect or ineffective for a variety of reasons, including:
- proprietary ranking tools have subjective components, such as assessments of novelty or risk, upon which these components will lead to the exclusion of certain Publishers and other Users and/or their investment ideas, and these subjective components and their exclusions could be deemed arbitrary, or otherwise disagreeable to you, for any number of reasons;
- an investment tool and its designers choose from among the variety of inputs necessary to develop the tool and whether the choices are correct is uncertain (and weaknesses in the choices, software or program could appear at any point in time);
- the parameters and other decision points in an investment tool and any related software or program may not be effective i.e., they may not work as anticipated; conditions in the market or otherwise could differ dramatically from the conditions existing at the time the selected inputs, parameters or other decisions points were chosen; programming mistakes, error in inputs, error in analysis of outputs or other errors could cause the investment tool, including its algorithms, software and/or programs to function other than as intended; data and other information, may be inaccurate, unreliable, incomplete or delayed, including information supplied by third parties, which is not verified by us or guaranteed by the source; and ranking information is based on past performance information, which is not necessarily indicative of future performance.
Tradewith’s personal portfolio benchmarking tool provides technical analysis of your personal investments if you choose to use it to analyze your investment holdings. The tool is subject to risks, including those described above, and is for information purposes only.
Tradewith’s other proprietary tools and analysis are subject to risks, including those described above, and are for information purposes only. Additionally, tools may look similar but have different components and inputs. For example, the leaderboard provides a ranking of Publishers’ ideas and investments, while the Top-Ranked Bundle subscription may be based on some common — but not the same – components, inputs or determinations. As a result, Publishers’ rankings on the leaderboard does not necessarily mean they are included in the Top-Ranked Bundle subscription.
Tradewith, for itself and its Affiliates, disclaims liability including for errors of any kind and negligence, and Users remains wholly responsible for the risk of loss. Tradewith does not have any obligation to update, correct or amend any information provided to you.
